Type I Member organizations may consist of any duly formed US&R provider, officially sanctioned, sponsored or operated by any, local, tribal, territorial, regional, state, national, non-governmental, private sector or international agency authorized to act as such pursuant to the relevant statutes of their home state and/or relevant federal statutes shall be eligible for membership in SUSAR.
