The State Urban Search and Rescue Alliance Strategic Plan was begun during the 2014 SUSAR Conference in Virginia. During the course of 2015, the SUSAR Board of Directors developed this current version of the Strategic Plan. The plan is designed as a road map to the growth and development of the organization. It is designed to be a living document to be updated and revised as the organization changes.
